Can i take Saw Pamletto vitamins? Im 18 yrs old?
I bought a bottle of saw palmetto cuz i want to help stop the hair fall im having for stress and stuff. i heard that this would work good to stop the DHT, which i am also prone to. Can i take them? Are their any side affects? Thank you!

Hair falling out does not relate to stress — it relates to male pattern baldness.
May I suggest that you start by making sure it isn’t natural? Every person loses several hundred hairs a day. If yours are growing in as fast as they are falling out – you are fine.
Regardless, Saw Palmetto is the weakest of the DHT blockers. There are no side effects, and if your DHT formation isn’t very bad, it will help. I use Extra-strength Prosta-metto formulation from Vitamin World. It is extra strong for being based in Saw Palmetto — and I have been satisfied with the results. It is perfectly safe for you to use.
