Can I take both of these vitamins? (multivitamins)?

Hi, I studied up on all of the individual vitamins and recommended intake but I want to know from actual people - is it okay if I take a multivitamin and a Super B-Complex? The multivitamin has almost all of the B vitamins but in lower doses. I'm 16, healthy, and not knowingly allergic to anything.

Multivitamin | Super B Complex
Thiamin 1.5 mg | 100 mg
Riboflavin 1.7 mg | 20 mg
Niacin 20 mg | 25 mg
B6 2mg | 2mg
Folic Acid 500 mcg | 400 mcg
B12 6mcg | 15 mcg
Pantothenic Acid 10 mcg | 5.5 mg

  1. Since you are studying up of vitamins – you should know that they are not all the same. The Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements, conducted a comparison of over 1,500 supplements based on 18 different criteria and found that most never make it into your blood system, know as being bio-available (being bio-available is just one of the criteria). I changes the vitamins I take and was surprised at the difference. I was very skepical and spent a lot of time reseaching before I switched. I now take something called Essentials, link below if interested.

  2. the best solution is to get vitamins from your diet instead of supplements. lots of fruits and vegetables will cover all of your vitamin needs, and as long as you’re not a vegetarian, you get a good deal of the B-vitamins from meat, especially red. if you do use OTC multivitamins, however, vitamins D, E, A, and K are the fat-soluble vitamins that you want to watch that you don’t get too much. the rest will get flushed out of your body if there is more than your body needs.

  3. yes u can buy these vitamins they are perfectly fine…
this is what u should be taking

u can also take vitamin C and additonal Vitamin D
