Can I take a Vitamin B supplement and African Mango Extract?
I have been taking a daily capsule of Vitamin B Complex. I am now considering the benefits of African Mango Extract before each meal, and I was wondering, is it okay to take both? I know my question may sound silly, but I honestly know little about the effects of mixing supplements. I am also taking birth control, but I don't believe either or these things will effect bc.

The only side effect is that it lifts the money out of your bank account and into the account of whichever con artist you choose to support.
African seed extract is the latest "miracle pill for weight loss".
My favorite was the ads I saw that even had the same pictures for the new miracle cure they used for the acai berry and maqui berry they were peddling – the old new miracle cures.
Dr. Oz did state on his show a few months ago there is a leptin in the seed that can "help" aid metabolism.
A week later they had ads all over the internet to prove it – including two years of research!
There is no short cut pill. All this stuff is unregulated so you don’t know what you are actually getting in the pills.
African mango seed extract is the latest craze behind acai berry, hoodia, moyo berry, fruta planta, green tea, and goji berry.
I am not a fan of mega dosing either. The only vitamin supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.
