Can I get too much Vitamin C from fresh oranges?

I really like fresh oranges, but i read that too much vitamin c could result in kidney stones...
I think maybe they meant vitamin c from pills, but I want to be sure. Does anyone know how many oranges a day would be too much?

  1. If you drink 4 and above glasses of orange juice, you are exceeding the daily intake.
For orange, 6 and above is to much and it can cause stomachache.

  2. s with lots of fiber too

  3. If your a female & on the pill, too much Vitamin C can stop the pill from working.

  4. aim to have only one medium size orage a day as it contains right amount of vitium c end every tging else you need

  5. I wouldn’t worry about vitamin c as much as other vitamins as its water soluble vitamin and is easily passed out of your body unlike vit e that can get stored in fat

  6. The body does not store vitamin C so it is very hard to over dose on it.

Many other foods contain even higher doses of the vitamin than oranges so I think that you are quite safe.
