Can B Complex vitamin change the color of your urine ?
I think that is what it might be
Since I've taken the B complex my urine if like a neon yellow green
does this mean that my body does not need B complex
or
am i dieing from some disease

It turns your urine a day-glo yellow usually. No problem. You probaby do need vitamins, depending on your diet. Most people nowadays do not eat a really good diet. The tablet has color added to the tablet, which contributes to the color of the urine, too. Nothing to worry about.
