caltrate vitamin+D Q:?
Hi I'm a 13 year old girl and I started eating healthy and exercising and I lost 40 lbs.
Well I sort of stopped drinking milk.I drink it at school sometimes and when I have cereal.but my family and doctor told me I need more vitamin D and I broke my leg twice like when I was 4 AND 11 YEARS OLD.
I just bought vitamin+D supplements to take each day.
Well is there any bad effect in vitamin D supplements like weight gain,hair loss,ect.
I also heard females breast grow and you lose some extra weight from the supplements.is that true?

Since your body makes vitamin D when you are in the sun, why would it cause hair loss or other odd side effects?
Eating fish several times a week also provides Vitamin D and Omega 3 which are both good for you.

No way! Vit D is fabulous for you. It is essential in your body and will make you feel great!
