I got a question tho..are you a fitness trainer working for the website exercisetv.tv like the others or are you the owner, co-owner etc..? I love your all your vids and ideas :)! (the others’s are super short..)

  5. NOTE: This only works when the concrete has cooled in the shade. If not the skin would be sizzling off your forearms & hands! Good set tho, we do a series of these often.

I like to be fit and healthy, but I dont love to do many of the conventional forms of exercise, so this is basically how I incorporate fitness into my life. xx Laurel

    I had a hard time hearing you ; when I turned up the volume that only made the wind louder :)
    I’m totally traditional when it comes to exercise; I remember when I was 13-14 and my friends and I exercising using a booklet I bought from a teen magazine LOL
