HI Laurel! Thanks for all your vids, I tried the Upper Body Cardio and boy was it a workout! I got a question tho..are you a fitness trainer working for the website exercisetv.tv like the others or are you the owner, co-owner etc..? I love your all your vids and ideas :)! (the others’s are super short..)

NOTE: This only works when the concrete has cooled in the shade. If not the skin would be sizzling off your forearms & hands! Good set tho, we do a series of these often.

@roarrrrrkitten So glad you like them! I work with ExerciseTV to show a more lifestyle apporach to fitness, really, my lifestyle approach to fitness. I like to be fit and healthy, but I dont love to do many of the conventional forms of exercise, so this is basically how I incorporate fitness into my life. xx Laurel

I had a hard time hearing you ; when I turned up the volume that only made the wind louder :)
I’m totally traditional when it comes to exercise; I remember when I was 13-14 and my friends and I exercising using a booklet I bought from a teen magazine LOL

Which California Beach is that. looks familiar. I visit Anahiem every year and hold a Disney Annual Pass. Hmm.. Huntington beach perhaps?
