hey Brandon, in your other videos you tell us to make 10-12 reps, shouldn’t you make less reps if you want to gain muscles fast, or will they still come fast by making more reps?

@OleVictor Well I would say to get a six pack you’ll have to eat lots of food rich in protein and fibre. Avoid junk food, sugar and any fried food. Eat more fruits and vegetables and good fats such as avocado, olive oil and raw nuts. Drink lots of water and workout to failure and get rid of the fat by doing moderate cardio (HIIT) for 20min to 30min. Hope that helps.

@jayrhian09 Avoid trans fats, keep a higher HDL and keep a low LDL. There’s alot to it, but it’s usually just over-thinking. Basically you just want to keep calories in mind. You burn fat and lose weight when you burn off more calories than you take in during a day. 5-6 small meals as opposed to 3 large ones.

@unrewritable Just want to add on to what you were saying. The cardio bit should be done after using the weights, it’s the most beneficial. Swimming is your best bet for cardio.

hi just saw your vids and i am going to try it. now can i go at my own speed for the exercise? just asking cuz i know i cant do it as fast as u in the vid. also are there any natural supplements that i can take to kind of help the speed of burning fat.. things like cinnamon and apple cider vinager i heard were good natural things that helps with the process of burning fat?

@XTheXDrumerX not really , i have got 1, all they do is just vibrate ur abs and dont work. however if ur working out that muscle and have it on it makes you workout longer without getting tired (not worth the money).
