  1. Great job emphasizing the non-movement of the chest. I think that is truly the key that people should grasp. Great Video, by the way.

  2. In my experience when I teach my clients and they are laying down I do not recommend the bend the knees as this creates some muscle tension and makes it harder for them to relax. Nonetheless, I like the vieso and like Big T says the non-movement of the chest is key. Good video.

    it’s healthy to do this at least 10 minutes a day. good stuff!
