  1. Estou amando esses vídeos! Pratiquei pilates por um tempo, mas estou sem dinheiro para pagar uma professora, então, esses vídeos me ajudarão muito. A única coisa de que não gosto é: por que a moça de blusa azul e calça cinza, à direita da professora, faz todos os exercícios “errados”?

  4. I must be doing womething wrong The only exercise I could feel take was the bridge with one leg up.
    Any sugestons?

  5. not too long i saw results in like two weeks,but i did it everyday along with her thigh workout video and a core workout

    Same. But strangly enough it got harder each time I did it. First time was a doddle. Try it each day for a week before you evaluate how hard it is :)

  12. unfortunately this type of exercise will not shape the butt, only a bit ..muscle needs to be constantly overloaded in order to get stronger and better..so hit the gym and do your weight training..

  13. its so easy to watch and good for workout because she doesnt talk an hour before she starts the workout like some others do in their videos.
    thisis a nice workout video for breaks and lunchtime whenure at work ^^ thanks its such fun and fluent

  23. @dkaurNZ depends on how long you workout how much your’re eating what your’re eating and drinking cut out all pop and sugary drinks cut down on junk food.. I stopped drinking pop 5 months ago and within the first 2 months I lost 10lbs.. you’ll see your body tone up in about 2-3 months especially if you workout everyday.. I’m working out 2hrs a day .. if you want I can share my playlists with you so you see what workouts I use.. I’m currently working on getting my abs more toned

  25. @dkaurNZ lol yea I don’t recommend you work for 2hrs a day though.. I’m just more athletic so I suggest 30-40mins is good :)
