  3. I dont know why some people arent impressed.
    Im guessing they dont know how hard it is to get to that figure from the beggining picture
    It takes serious motivation which you even say you didnt have in the beggining,
    Alot of self control such as sticking to a good diet etc.
    and a good routine

    Im reall impressed with these results and especially at a busy age!

  4. @slipslooosh Thanks mate, idon’t react to other peoples ignorance or negativity! it just makes me stronger.Your totally right, having 3 children makes for a very busy lifestyle, its easy to get lazy so any results or goals reached has to be a positive.

  11. hey man ive been workin out for about the same time uve started this thing and recently been going down hill with it..so my question is how do you keep motivated to do it?

    Ignore the haters man, they only hate because they cannot do, thats why they hate, they complain, its not easy and you should be proud so far, but you still have more improvement! keep it up

  13. @samuelkung89 thanks man, i gained weight because i did a muscle builder after this. I’m at 190lb at the moment. I feel more comfortable at the weight i’m at now. gonna concentrate on strength and conditioning , mobility and flexability.

  15. @pkfirepage yeah i did, it was a weight loss/ cutting program because i was over weight i wanted to lose my belly fat. i’ve since gained weight and muscle.

  18. @P90XHustle4Muscle Hi, yeah it was arnel ricafrancas 16 week abs challenge and i did a 3 mile jog on off days and an abs routine, healthy diet and whey protein for recovery.

  20. @rockhag Thanks i did the abs challenge on arnel tv, trained once a day every other day. did some jogging and an abs routine on my off days and stuck to a healthy diet.

    body composition analyser ud find them in most gyms man…. u step on a machine bare footed and it checks ur weight and height and electrodes measure bodyfat in ratio!

  25. nahhh u looked good before… lol nice job bro, but im lookin into this and i have my own routine which is lifting everyday,and jogging the elliptical for about 1:15 houreach day, which ud think is alot but its probly equal to 2 miles, but… for you my friend after u lost all that ur pecks got smaller, girls like big boobs too lol i stay on the bench every other day
