I had a very bad Bladder infection..I cured it in 24 hrs by eating 10 raw garlic cloves and drinking cranberry juice.

The vitamin C should be fine. However, the only way to cure the infection is to take antibiotics prescribed by a doctor. You need to see a doctor to find out for sure if you have a urinary tract infection (UTI), and if so, take medications exactly as directed. Untreated, urinary tract infection will spread and cause kidney damage and other serious problems. Drinking more water and cranberry juice may help prevent the infections, but will not cure a UTI.

yes it is fine.
you can have a little bit of citrus.
Vit C isnt just plain citrus.
You should treat it with AVO,
cranberry juice or eat normal yogurt.
It all restores back the normal flora in your body
