  7. Try this, lay on your stomach with your legs and arms straight like the letter I. Then raise the heel of your left leg towards the ceiling “slight bend in knee” hold for a 1 count the repeat with other leg. Repeat as needed until you feel an intense burn . You can do this every day. To increase the effectiveness of this exercise stretch the hip flexor before and in between sets. Once you get good at it you can lift both legs at once.
