My friend who looks as though he weighs only 250 (he used to be 300 only a couple of months ago), and he’s actually only 290. He feels great and looks good.
Yeah, I heard that 3 minutes it’s time for your muscles to completely recover. So, if you wait 3 min. or more between reps, this will not makes you stronger. If you do each rep. and rest less than a minute bewtween reps, that tires you out. 1-2 min. between reps is the best time. On one hand you’re not overwhelmed, on the other hand, your muscles are not completely rested.
