Isaac, Do not listen to all the garbage!! You are 14 years old! I would concentrate on quality whole food proteins (chicken, fish, beef etc) You are still growing andd you do not need any other chemicals in your body. If you are going to use whey, stick tp 25-30 grams a day. Let nature take it’s course. Good luck man!!!!!

HerbaLife are the best products on the market!!!
They are all-natural and 100% safe and come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
These will definetly get you what you are seeking and we can design a program with your goals in mind. Just let me know so you can get started and get the results you want.
These products paired with exercise will do wonders for you. The best part about them is that the pills are mixed in food form so that your body absorbs them more easily and digests the vitamins, nutrients and supplements that you take them for. The OTC products (multi-vitamins, etc.) are put in pill form with a bunch of by-products so that your body only digests about 15% of each pill – so you aren’t getting much benefit out of them!
I can guarantee that you will feel and see immediate changes in how you feel. I can say this because I take the products and have for about 3 weeks now. I lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks, my energy levels have increased dramatically and I feel great! Of course, you aren’t looking at losing weight but simply bulking and maintaining, which of course I can help you with.
If you are serious, let me know.

You will talk to some people that swear behind supplements and others that swear against them. I personally would take, and this is what I take, isopure protein, or 100% optimum whey. Both very good sources of protein. Also, you wont need to take any amino acids because they are already in those proteins. A multi vitamin is good too. Don’t go over board on supplements though, remember they are there to "supplement" your regular diet. Not replace it. The best thing you can do to gain weight is to eat. Eat a lot, but make sure its good food. You eat a lot of bad food you’ll gain weight but not the way you want it. Also, at 14 Dr’s say that it is about the right age for you to begin working out so your okay. Let it be known that I am not a Dr. or a dietitian, I am a student of exercise science and I know a lot about it.
