Best Vitamins for middle age men anti aging.Age 48?

I am a 48 year old man in good health that is interested in your opinion concerning vitamins. What are the best supplements to take to prolong aging or for good general maintenance. Unfortunately, I am a moderate smoker, who has tried many times to quit and failed. thanks

  1. I have asked a few doctors this question and have always gotten the same answer… "Use a good multi-vitamin." The best multi-vitamin i have tried is the one sold under the Walgreen’s Brand, it is the one for "Active Men". My personal experience has been that the vitamin helps me to be more alert and to have noticeably more energy.

  2. :) Herbalife products.Go to my website

you cannot find these in stores, ask for 40% off for the month of June.
Email me if you have any questions

  3. Make sure you take Vitamin E and C together- they are a powerhouse combo. I personally take over a gram each of C and E per day but some authorities say that it is too much. C is needed due to your cigarettes.

You should also take a good multivitamin with minerals. Older guys like us need the zinc, selenium for our prostrate and overall male health.

Invest a few bucks on good vitamins. Vitacost is a great place to shop on the net for vitamins. Great prices and good quality

Sorry to preach but you need to quit the smokes. I used to be a weekend smoker and the grim reality is that if you smoke, you will know what will kill you and that you will die younger. Not a pleasant thought. Sorry for the sermon- I did not care for it when I smoked.

  4. If u really u want the most advanced formulas,

for general and anti-aging purposes , the answer is at the life
    extension foundation,

sooner or later u will realize it.

they are JUST LIKE AUDI THEY LEAD NEVER FALLOW
