  1. Hi Danielle,

    Vitamin E, Vitamin E, Vitamin E

    I’m 30 years old—and I’ve been taking viatmins since I was 15–and I’ve studied natural health since I was 15.
The most important vitamin you can take as a young woman is Vitamin E. Vitamin E is a miracle vitamin, and practically a wonder drug. It does so many wonderful things. The most important thing it does is SLOWS THE AGING PROCESS. It prevents wrinkles, and stop the body from aging. If you begin to take it now–in high quanities–it will preserve your youth. You may think you will always have that "fresh look of youth"–but you wont have that forever. The sun, the environment, the pollution in the air & water will all slowly destroy the cells in your body–causing you to age. But what Vitamin E does is literally form a bond around your cells so they arent damaged by those things. It has been proven to prevent wrinkles–proven. ..Vitamin E also prevents cancer, and has helped to heal cancer when taken in large amounts..

Vitamin E also boosts your sex hormones, which will cause you to remain fertile and youthful. Its your sex hormones (that comes from your ovaries & brain) that cause you to menstruate, become fertile, and will eventually decrease to cause menopause. What Vitamin E will do is increase these sex hormones so that you will remain youthful and fertile for a longer period of time.

Vitamin E is non-toxic–which means that you could literally swollow a whole bottle and you wont ever "over-dose". Its basically an oil that is found in some vegetables. And some models break open the capsules and rub the oil into their skin.

I’ve taken Vitmin E (and many other Vitamins) for 15 years now–and even though I am 30, people still think I am in highschool sometimes. I’m a Teacher, and sometimes when I walk into a new highschool to go to work–a security guard will yell at me and tell me to "get to class", and I have to explain that I work there.

There are other viatmins that prevents aging like Selenium.
Also, in order for Viatmin E, and any other vitamin to work–you must have ALL vitamins available in your body–because they all work together. So, please take your "One a Day" along with the Viatmin E….Me, I take about 4,000iu (mg) of Vitamin E a day–along with 2 "One a Day’, Selenium,
B-Complex, and a few others…Also, the most important thing a young woman can do is Not drink and Not smoke! Smoking & drinking alcohol ages you faster–since they both add tremedous amounts of poisons into the body. Just look at women who smoke & drink regularly–by the time they are about 34 they look much older. I myself do not drink–at all. And I wouldnt dare smoke–and of course–no drugs!..And please use sunscreen with Parsol–that stops the UVB rays that wrinkle you. I never used suncsreen, until recently when I looked in the mirror and saw 2 small lines under my eyes!!! Now I wear it everyday.

I also buy "Puritans Pride" Vitamins–theyre the highest quality–lowest price…
Also, there is a difference between "natural" and "synthetic" Vitamin E..Its said that only Natural Vitamin E (known as D-tocopheral) works. (whereas the synthetic is called D-Ltycopheral).

    Good Luck and Take Care

    Edit———-
Also, you must drink water! Water flushes poisons out of your body and helps you stay young. Drink 1 liter (those huge water bottle) per day. I drink almost a gallon of water per day. (My uncle drinks almost a gallon of water per day–and he’s 45, and I swear he looks like he about 29). But dont drink it all at one time–spread it out throughout the day!! :)

  2. One Source is a very good vitamin….

  3. Unless you have a vitamin defficiency you shouldn’t be taking supplements. You should be getting your intake from your diet. If you really do need supplements then go for a multipurpose vitamin and iron.
