Best time of day to take vitamin supplements?? AM or PM??
So I assume that take a daily vitamin is best for you at breakfast, because that is when everyone takes them.
However, recently I have started to take supplements for Hair, Skin, & Nails and I noticed it doesn't state what time of day to take them. The labels just say "daily"with a meal.
I would prefer to take it after dinner towards bed time, that is when my stomach and body rests.
Does it really matter?? I'm curious ...

it depends on what type of vitamin are you taking? is it water soluble? or fat soluble? if water soluble, it is best taken in the morning. if fat soluble, it is best taken before bedtime.
hope this helped.
and it does matter when to drink it because you want it to take effect properly, aight?

I do not think it matters which time of day you take them.
Once you make a choice make sure you stick to the same time everyday then you keep a constant level in your system for best results and not over dosing.
IF by some chance they make your tummy upset try eating a soda cracker before you take them.
Best of luck

Any vitamin supplements are best taken in the morning. When taken at bedtime, it can interfere with your sleep.
