man i wish i was this healthy… not juts because im a guy watching these but its just that shes so fucking healthy. I mean im just jealous =O shes like really really healthy, and thoes meals look actually really really good. ima try some of them
Zuzana, recent studies on caffeine addiction show that you only need about 1 week of no caffeine to return to normal function, no longer feeling bad effects of caffeine withdrawal! I feel so much better after having kicked my caffeine addiction :)
I wish I could eat little meals like that after/before my workouts…but i’m always so hungry after I do my usual weight lifting and cardio…any tips zuzanna?
Awesome Video. I like all your workout videos as well, But Nutrition interests me more I guess… Being Lactose intolerant puts lots of limitations on what I can eat… I try hard to be creative especially with my breakfasts, but it get hard after oatmeal(with water) & bananas.
I’d love to see more videos about YOUR food & nutritional habits!

This has nothing to do with this video, so i appoligize for that! um still think you awesome BUT i think that you should go ligher brown and cut your hair short, or atleast just cut the ends.
