  6. Zuzana, recent studies on caffeine addiction show that you only need about 1 week of no caffeine to return to normal function, no longer feeling bad effects of caffeine withdrawal! I feel so much better after having kicked my caffeine addiction :)

  12. Awesome Video. I like all your workout videos as well, But Nutrition interests me more I guess… Being Lactose intolerant puts lots of limitations on what I can eat… I try hard to be creative especially with my breakfasts, but it get hard after oatmeal(with water) & bananas.

    I’d love to see more videos about YOUR food & nutritional habits!

  17. This has nothing to do with this video, so i appoligize for that! um still think you awesome BUT i think that you should go ligher brown and cut your hair short, or atleast just cut the ends. You will go edgier and it will compliment you as well. OK thats all THANK YOU FOR All your work outs they are great.

  18. I love the japanese green tea. Minie is made with roasted rice and it’s so refreshing and good alternative to coffee which I’m not keen on.
