  9. I find two teaspoons of cinnamon and honey (I put it in water to a boil) before breakfast and before bedtime is having a significant and dramatic effect on my weight lost. It also has many other great health benefits such as lowering blood levels and boosting your immune system to name a few.

    I dropped 10 pounds in a week , with some sensible diet , exercises and plenty of water.

  13. hey i run every day at track practice bt i dnt loose weight or fat im a little bit smaller than your old size and has a ton of muscle but also have a ton of fat what do i do?

  16. The best thing I’ve ever taken for weight loss, was apple cider vinegar. I still eat the same stuff and I dropped 10 pounds taking it directly. The coconut oil doesn’t really help me, but I don’t work out either haha. The fish oil I don’t think its helping. The only thing I know for sure thats helped was the organic apple cider vinegar.

  22. I love the video but I went to the supplement store to try to pick up a few of these. However, they are VERY pricey. If you buy all these are you looking at over $200 a month. WOW. Anything that won’t kill the pocketbook?

  24. @dbowers77 maybe go to iherb.com they have some pretty good natural and cheap stuff.

  25. Excellent good supplements recommendations to lose weight. Actually I have used Xenesis-T and it works well for me . I am now feeling healthy, active and slim.
