  12. thanks for this. couldnt find pdf so wasnt sure what 1 serving was which i kept hearing on other videos.

  13. 1 serving = 5-20 grams of carbs.
    Even if something is just 25 carbs, you have to count it as 2 servings.

  16. I still don’t get – the fact why you can’t foods that add up to 40… Are you allowed to have foods that have like 10 carbs and then find another food that has another 10 carbs – making it EXACTLY – 20 carbs(1 serving)…

  17. I’m doing the BFC too! Started 3 days ago. I bought the book and it has LOADS of recipes! I’m ADDICTED to sweet breads, milk and chocolate, and to my surprise the BFC lifestyle includes all these yummy but HEALTHIER choices! I love it!

  20. ONE SHOULD KNOW WHAT THEIR RESTING METABOLIC RATE IS BEFORE STARTING THIS. INSIFICEINT CARBS/ENERGY FOR SOME WILL AFFECT BRAIN FUNCTION.

  21. Nice video clip. I got most of this from the BFC book. But you do a great job of spelling it out for those without the book or for those WITH the book who don’t like to read. DH and I are just starting but working our way through all foods in our large pantry (many are belly bad not to be replaced). It’s been almost a year since you have posted this video. I hope you found this lifestyle enjoyable and easy. Seems easy enough to me and DH! I look forward to seeing your other posts!
