Because Vitamin D is "Fat Soluble" does this mean that I do not need to take it every day?
...because it will be stored in my fat cells right? So basically it will be stored in there for days where there is no sunlight for example? ALSO.. Does this mean that if i take it daily it could be toxic like vitamin A ?

Fat soluble vitamins are stored in your fatty tissues and sometimes in your liver or other organs. So if you don’t get vitamin D every day (like in the winter months) you’re not likely to become deficient.
You should still try and get a source of D during the winter though- and the best source is fluid milk. Not all dairy products are fortified with D though, just milk.
And since it’s fat soluble, it is possible to accumulate toxic levels. That basically just means to be careful if you’re supplementing, it’d be hard to reach the upper limit amount just through food.

The best way to burn fat is to eat less and exercise more often, the issues surface when we in reality attempt to put that into practice! There are plenty of opportunities to fail in the real world aren’t there?! I discovered some good information by reading the website in the box below, they have plenty of instruction, I lost 10 pounds by following their techniques.
