  5. @mrsdistancerunner True little can be accomplished until the eater abstains , the problem is how to remain abstinent. The process I know entails smashing the ego to break the hold selfishness has.
    The solution is free and rediculousy simple but people would rather spend their life savings on fad diets than lose face and admit self centeredness.

    They can’t save their face AND their life.
    Something has to go.
    Its not what goes in our mouths that defiles us, its what comes out.

  12. Excess fat around your organs (Visceral fat) is actually more detrimental to your health than if that fat were on your butt or legs (subcutaneous fat)

I’ll tell you why she’s fat (the first woman) – cuz she has dark skin and yet she lives in the UK so she never gets an opportunity to make a decent amount of vitamin D (which is actually a steroid hormone not a vitamin). Since hormones seriously affect weight; this is the most likely cause of her fat. – That’s just my opinion.

  14. Not only that but her neck says to me that she has an iodine deficiency – which isn’t suprising because it doesn’t exist in a UK diet. (Unless you seek it out e.g. kelp supplements). – Again, just my opinion.

  19. It can be hard. I had to fill myself up with water ALL the time. I drink at all hours so I can curb the hunger pangs. Makes managing my weight easier. I can’t eat dairy so that cuts out a lot of bad stuff, and soup, well…soup is a god send. fuck yeah, soup.

  21. so 5′-11” 171lbs is ”skinny”. and i used 2 be 140lbs , wooooowww”’. 170lbs is considered ”skinny” these days. hell in 1914 that was a ”heavy-weight”. scaaaarrrryyyyy.
