  1. omg Karena you are hilarious!!!!!! This vids awesome, except I was soo upset when I realized this Tone it up Tuesday was with a stability ball. I don’t have one darnit! And I also want a tone it up sticker!!!

  4. girls my waist is now bigger i guess because of some exercises..it doesnt have that hourglass form anymore…and i dont have fat …idk what to do please help me im so desperate what exercises should i do to have the waist like the other times,like you have, without any equipment…maybe you could make a video please…tnx keep it up love your videos..

  10. @abstractpoison I know I’m not the one you wanted to reply, but maybe you just need more carbs, healthy ones. Once when I reduced carbs so much and I was working out so hard, (I mean, no fruits and veggies) and I lost all my curves! It wasn’t cute…so I’d get those back in there, more fruit and veggies should bring back the curves!:D What do you guys think, Karena and KatrinA?

  16. I’m such of big fan of you guys. I recently discovered your work on MS active source and i immediately signed up my mother and we’ll be getting your dvd in a couple weeks.   21. LOL! i love karena! she’s tall and lanky and clumsy like me :) i knew that she wouldn’t last 2 seconds on that ball! balancing and core moves are harder for taller people. if you don’t believe that, you’re probably short lol :)

  23. hey so i am wondering … what would you recoment for someone who needs to lose around 30 pounds to have a flat stomach and leanlimbs… but i would like to keep my butt and not loose all of my boobs! help!
