  1. @sam101103 How long were your pranayam sessions? How did you notice that you needed new glasses? Did you wear your glasses (-2.75) daily as before or did you for extended period go without glasses in order to train your eye to see? Please advise.

  8. @solidmidget Kapalbhati is where is keeps exhaling. do it for 15min..increase time slowly as u practice.

  12. i just strated doing pranayam but i feel that the area between my eye brows is paining a bit. is it normal?

    I was able to if not increase but at least stop hair fall ramdev technique (rub the tips of the fingers against each other for at least 5 minutes everyday)

  16. @positive178 I felt that too bcoz I was straining my eyes unconsciously while doing it… Avoid straining the area between eyes and u will be OK…. It should not be a problem….

  20. my mother cant sit like this…..Is she can do pranayama by sitting on chair?

  21. @anithasuresh06 Yes, she can do this by sitting in a chair. Baba ramdev says that people cannot sit can do it sitting on a chair. Those who cannot even sit can do it even lying down.

  23. Iam quite confused in order of doing yoga.Step1:Meditate 2.Do Asanas 3.Do Pranayama 4.Then Meditate for few seconds at the end for relaxation.Am i rite

  24. Can this type of yoga help with things like damage to nerves and arteries?? Any documented cases, i knoew people have cured ailments from testimonials online, would like to hear testimonials from people who have 1st hand experience in yoga helping them with severe problems. Thanks

    Asanas are to make yr body healthy so that ailments do not obstruct yr sadhana/meditation practises…. They are independent of meditation. You can do them whenver you like on empty stomach. Pranayams help to still yr mind…. You must do some Pranayams first …. then meditate (preferably chanting a holy mantra)…. and end…. with relaxation (In fact meditation itself is relaxation)
