I’ve been doing this workout everyday since thankgiving. Having bad asthma, I was only able to go through it once, but now I can do it twice through! While I haven’t seen much weight loss or any improvement on my core, I have noticed my thighs are trimmer and the handwalk outs have made my upperbody much stronger. Thanks for a great workout!

Why just for holidays? This looks like it would be great to add to any workout routine. Its also simple in that you don’t have to go out and buy anything, and you can do all of it in about ten to 15 minutes. It looks like a great workout, and I’m gonna try adding it to my day! Just keep at it. You can do it if you keep trying consistently. These are some great exercises to start out with. Then you can add weight later.
