  3. i have been doing them every day once and maybe even on somedays twice a day, and i started seeing changes in my legs in just FIVE days. incredible, and a huge confidence booster, see ive always had chicken legs, but thats all about to change!

  7. You didnt switch legs. You turned and faced a different way, but YOUR RIGHT LEG was kept in front both times.

  8. @nicolleesaysxo Walking, you will not produce and much muscle by just walking or running, compared to a workout like lunges which is making muscle. But you lose more weight just naturally doing nothing by the more muscle you have. Plus you might think your legs are big, but guys look and say you have nice legs with your muscles.

  20. @shippingluvar13 anytime will do something. But walking for atleast half hour to 45 minutes everyday. I walk about an hour everyday. I make sure to get in some hills too (but i live by hills where i can choose to do them if i want. If you dont then dont worry). Running- for 15-30 minutes a day will get you going. get blood flowing. But don’t start up there if you cant. Do a little walking then running then walking then running if you need too. Actually, working out like that is better and has

  21. @shippingluvar13 and has better benefits then keeping the same pace while walking or running. So instead of a 15 minute run do a jog then up to a run then back to a jog and run (just switch like every two minutes). Then doing that will actually give you a better workout then a constant run for those 15 minutes. – Same with walking to., switch intensity. Goodluck. Also if you are only walking/running a couple times a week that will also show improvement and work. You will always feel better too!
