  11. @colemdcpro actually…the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest. These exercises build muscle. In reality you should do both muscle building exercises and cardio to lose weight. You know what’s really funny though? This video never claimed it was for losing weight., so your comment is a little foolish. If you want to make a smartass comment, maybe you should make sure you know what the hell you’re talking about.
