Are there some vitamins you can take, or like certain foods you can eat to clear up your skin?
i did the whole accutane thing, and my skin looks great now. But every now and then i get the occasional zit, and i have some redness. I've been doing alot of natural, and economical kind of things lately. i was just wondering if there were any foods our vitamins that will clear up your skin, and keep you looking and feeling more healthy.

Raw apple cider viniger and lemon juice as the person above me said will help. And i agree with healthy cold pressed oils like flax, fish and coconut. Eat foods rich in vitamin A (orange fruits and vegetables and egg yolks). LOTS of water of coarse. Green tea an roibos tea. Blackstrap molasses if you can get your hands on some (whole foods)

Take aloe vera as a dietary supplement, it’ll help enormously.

You can add 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon or apple cider vinegar (bio) in a 8oz. glass of filtered water and drink it in the a.m. and afternoon if you wish. This alkalizes our ph balance which in turn keeps our skin healthy. You can also put lemon or ACV on a cotton ball and wipe your face. very cleansing.
Also minimizing white sugar and white flour processed foods helps greatly too.

I’m going to get sandbagged by all the anti-alt med trolls here, but I often see skin conditions dramatically improve following a normal course of treatments for other "regular" chiropractic problems.
It happens a lot, even severe exzeme gets better often.

Up to 3000 mg of Omega 3 fish oils a day (1000 with each meal).
Accutane is really hard on your liver and has loads of other negative effects. You’re better off staying away from it. There are a consdierable number of lawsuits against the manufacturer.
