  1. Most medications are fine to take with vitamins. But, if you start a new medication, or want to take something because you feel sick you can always call or visit your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. They can look up whether or not the drug would interact with vitamins. Good luck!

  2. I take daily multivitamins and supplements, in fact multivitamins will help you get over a cold or illness faster as I just got over a Wicked Bad Cold.

  3. Generally speaking most medications will not interact with vitamin supplements, however it doesn’t ever hurt to ask your doctor or pharmacist beforehand. There are a few exceptions, but unless you are taking some serious medications (ie; blood-thinning agents, etc.), you don’t really need to worry much. Many people speculate that taking vitamins daily will help build up your immune system, and although there is no specific data to support this, the other benefits of taking vitamins make it more than worth the effort.

If you want to mention what medications you take, I’ll check back and reply in kind. Best of wishes.
