Are there any vitamins that will brighten my skin within 2 weeks?


Im in desperate need.Im going on a two day trip to see friends and a guy Im seeing and my skin is in urgent need for a vitamins.What vitamins are in the supermarket that can give me glowing healthy skin witin this short period.Im always busy so my diet isn't the best Im trying to drink more water too.So please help.

  1. i think you can try on eating apple, it will lighten up ur skin, beside that, pls try to drink honey lemon everyday, it not only make ur skin become smoother , it also help ur skin look more brigthen up.

  2. goat milk bath will help lightens ur skin and i knw that fruits such as lychees,lemon,grapes contains vitamins that will help lightens skin.but i don’t know how long it takes?try drinking cucumber juice too

  4. ok i know this is a fact because my step aunt is from thailand and many asian women use this method to lighten their skin.

    take one egg, put it on your face, leave it on for 20-30 minutes, rinse off with luke warm water, then cold water, this opens and closes your opres to prevent acne and this is will lighten your skin and it is natural so it cannot harm your skin. do this 3-4 times a week for best results. trust me on this, my step aunt use to do this as a child and her skin is very light and pale but in a healthy way.

    also stay out if the sun and wear high SPF number sunscreen when you go out

  5. there is no vitamin which will make ur skin look glow in 2 weeks.take vitamin A,C,E…it will help u improve ur skin.and if u r going out for trip then try some facials which will help to regulate blood on ur face which ultimately gives glow and freshness on ur face.do it 2 days before u leave bcoz the effect of facial comes after 1-2 days…eat healthy lots of fruits and drink alot.

  7. You need to esfoliate, once a week, drink plenty of water, d eat fish or take omega oil capsules. But you need to do it every day, except for esfoliating that you do once a week. It should be part of every woman beauty ritual.
