stop thinking you’re metabolism is slow and thats why u can’t lose weight, its just that you make it slower by starving (well 99.9% girls starve so i am assuming you do) if you eat something small every 2-3 hours you’ll be fine but don’t eat before you sleep by 4 hours
and drink at least 4 – 6 liters of water
Metabolism determines how quickly or slowly you gain or lose weight. There are many factors that determine your metabolic rate; therefore there are many things that can be done to boost your metabolism. Here are some ways to speed up your metabolism naturally.
Eat Breakfast – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your body is in a fasting state for 8 hours or more and when you decide to skip breakfast its natural reactions is to slow your metabolic rate. Your body tries to conserve the calories it has in order for you to function without food intake.
Eat Frequently – Every time you eat your metabolism gears up to process the food. The more you eat throughout the day the more your metabolism will increase. Small snacks throughout the day will help you naturally speed up your metabolism.
Exercise – Your metabolism is related to the intensity of your workout program. High intensity workouts can speed up your metabolism well after you are done and low intensity workouts do not boost your metabolism as long. Weight training is another determining factor in your metabolic rate. Muscle tissue boosts your metabolism as it burns more calories than fat.
Take Vitamins -If you are lacking vitamins or minerals this can slow your metabolism, as your body cannot work at full capacity. Lipotropic supplements can also help speed your metabolism.
Boost your thyroid – Boosting your thyroid with thyroid supplements will help speed up your metabolism if you are suffering from hypothyroidism.
Vitamins and Minerals for metabolism
Vitamins and minerals can help speed up your metabolism naturally when taken regularly. Bitter Orange and Chromium increase your metabolic rate and help to regulate your glucose levels. This increases the potentiality for fat to be burned and promotes a building of lean body mass.
Minerals such as Magnesium, and natural additives like Caffeine, all promote energy and combat stress when trying to lose weight. These ingredients have been shown to enhance the burning of fatty acids for energy, regulate ATP (energy) production, and aid in the assimilation process of other consumed nutrients.
