are there any types of vitamins etc that i can take,to promote mental health?


i already take cod liver oil,vitamin c and vitamin b complex. i want to know if there are any vitamins i can take to improve my mental health.

The B vitamins are the best for improving your mental health, so you are all ready started in the right direction! :) You can also look into Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) – 750 mg daily to help you focus and calm your mind. Valerian is wonderful to take a night, as it helps you sleep and pushes away anxiousness, etc.

  3. OMEGA 3-6 AND 9 IN CAPUSUALES. flaxseed oil.

  4. Myself, I take ginkgo biloba for improved memory.

  5. I guess… there is plenty…. what the people above me listed…. however, I tried ALL of those cuz i have extreme OCD (Im 16) which led to anoerxia. If you TRULY have a prooblem, none of those vitamins will do anything for you…. ALSO, don’t overdo the vitamins…. overdose of a certain vitamin can be very harmful to your body
