Are there any supplements/vitamins that help in getting a leaner face?

I'm a guy. I've been working out for a while, and my face has gotten a lot less chubby than it used to be but I'm still not satisfied with it. I wonder if there's any kind of vitamins or supplements that can help with that?

Also, I'm 18, and I'm curious to know if my face will continue to get leaner as I age or if it's stopped, and I have no more "baby fat" to lose.

Thanks.
And I do plenty of running. In fact, my weight is pretty low. I'm a very slim guy, it's just my face that isn't...

  1. No there are no supplements/vitamins specifically for thinning out your face. As you slim down the face slims down. If your body is where you want it but your face isn’t, not much you can do about it.

  2. Bro, you gotta reduce your overall bodyfat. I’m guessing by "working out" you mean weight training. thats great for muscle but that is anerobic exersize. you need to do more aerobic exersize (running, swimming) to burn fat. A myth is that by working certain areas you reduce fat in that area. WRONG your body decides where to burn off the fat. but the face is almost always part of that wieght loss. As for vitamins or suppliments….trash em. Its a waste of money. look into cutting your sugar intake. sugar consumption is one of the big reasons behind obesity.
