Lots of different bottled vitamins we can buy from stores, do these really helps for our body or it is better to eat natural food w/ lots of vitamins?

  1. No most of these do not absorb. They go right thru to your poop whole without breaking down. Have you seen that special on television where they showed them cleaning out the porta pottie and the mounds and mounds of whole vitamins they found? It was incredible.

    Now chewable, liquids, and ones that actually breakdown and don’t have that coating yes those will absorb some, but rarely do any absorb 100%.

    You should be getting most of your vitamin and minerals from your foods.

  2. As long as your talking about ORGANIC natural foods, sure.
    .
    If not, take a look at this stuff;

  3. yeah most of them should help. but if i were you i would try a pill called Echinacea. i take one every day. it gets rid of you achnea too

  4. Bottled vitamins: When you take this pills not all digested only certain percentage is absorbed the rest is either stuck some where in your body waiting to be passed out.Our body is very complex,It does not require a lot of certain vitamins but it need a vast range of different and a very little dosage vitamins,minerals,amino acids,enzymes and coenzymes,nucleic acid and carbohydrates.Imange if you are to need all this ,you wiil have to a how many piils.

  5. bottled vitamins have some use, but you have to take them out of the bottles and swallow them for them to have any effect. :)

  6. i think definataly you should eat some real food, it is almost healthier in everyway, vitamins are just for people that dont have time to cook a nice healthy meal.

  7. if they are good quality ie ~ pharmaceutical grade or whole food vitamins then yes they are beneficial …… only if you are deficient in that particular vitamin or mineral to start with ……. otherwise they’re just expensive bedpanbullets………… you will always be far better off eating the vitamins and minerals in their whole food source, as God intended in as close to their natural form as possible …… the natural food …… not frozen, not packaged, not bottled, not preserved or cured ………. fresh is always best.

    peace baby
