Apple Cider Vinegar…gets rid of pimples, age spots and more!!
So this is my video on Apple Cider Vinegar. I was surprised to find that it had so many "healing" qualities. If you want more info check out www.apple-cider-vinegar-benefits.com. It apparantly has a LOT more uses than just what I talked about in this video. But if I talked about everything I would have like 2 hours worth of video!! lol.

Hi !! Thank you SOOO MUCH for the website you provided! I just started drinking apple cider vinegar because my neighbor had planter fasitis and bone/heel spurs (which are calcium build ups on your heels) and they are VERY PAINFUL and she drank it and within 2 weeks it went away. Now….I have the same problem and so now I’m drinking it so that I Will Not have to have my Aug. 26th, 2010 surgery. I hope my Bragg ACV will help like it did neighbor.

My dad always swears by apple cider vinegar for curing a cold. To cut down on the strong flavor, add the vinegar to hot water and then some honey. It makes a drink kind of like having hot tea, which can also be soothing to a sore throat :)

i use a recipe i got from bubzbeauty (youtube channel)
that requires apple cider vinegar, green tea, sugar and honey. she even includes a toner that has apple cider vinegar, green tea and lemon. it works and it helps with scarring.

yeah Texas!!! Yes those fire ants do mean business. I stepped into a hill of their mound when I was a kid and got a first hand meeting with them.

ACV is a good natural product. I use it whenever I have eczema flares.

@wishywashygirl19 It’s really bad for your skin..Don’t ever use regular vinegar. Apple cider vinegar does wonders, i use it. And the HP level is the same as your skin.

I have used it for years..It’s great, smells funny so i only use it at night. btw when i was working for Starbucks (3 years) My acne got terrible. I noticed my co-workers had bad acne too.. Coffe oil is terrible for your skin. Thanx for the heads up about the ants..Eeek, I’m moving to Austin next month. Also, I love your green eyeshadow :D

You need to use the raw unfiltered ACV. Like Braggs. It can be found at whole foods, vitamin stores, or Publix

TARYNBETH: I just recently discovered your videos and want to thank you for your efforts is sharing the information you have found; I am 62 and so grew up with more home remedies than recent generations. Even though I grew up with some of this stuff, it has so much gone off the radar that I have forgotten most of it. You are providing a real service. Home/”kitchen” remedies work. I have adult-onset acne that is making me nuts and am very grateful for the information I am finding online.

You sound only use Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. It cured my heart burn and high blood pressure within a week; but non organic brands did not work nearly as well.
