any vitamins or stuff that help with focus and concentration?

My mind gets fuzzy a lot. I know some of that has to do with my low blood pressure issues and I try to eat more sodium like the doctor prescribed to keep my blood pressure up, so that more blood goes to the brain, and it helps when I remember to eat salty things- but i still feel I could use more improvement. Are there any vitamins or things that help?

  1. First, left me qualify this by saying that the quality of the benefits received from supplements depends on various factors like age, weight, diet and health. For example, a traditional Japanese diet is high in Omega-3′s but also seaweed’s and roots. It wouldn’t be necessary, and maybe negative to supplement with additional vitamins. However, if you aren’t getting enough then it may be worth it.

You can also look at the label of nootropics companies products to see what they use. For example:

  3. Ginkgo Biloba helps strengthen the walls of the small capilliaries that carry oxygenated blood, especially helpful for the blood flow to the extremities such as hands, feet – and brain. Its been shown to help boost memory and concentration. Liquid form is the best way to ensure it really gets into the system.

however, you shouldn’t take it in conjunction with blood thinning tablets, including aspirin, or for the few weeks before a surgical operation.
