Any Experiences with Vitamin E skin oil?
I was at the store and ran across it Vitamin E oil 4,000 IU, i knew i read many times that it was good for skin and acne scars, I have very few breakouts but mostly acne scars. So anyone have good expierence with using it for acne scars?

You can also use Vitamin E oil, which is known to improve skin conditions. Buy Vitamin E capsules from any drug store in your local area. Break up the capsule, and use the oil inside the capsule to rub onto the acne scars, you can then swallow the rest of the capsule. I think you may have success. It’s hard to say. Use it every night for about a month and see if you notice any change.
Your best bet is likely laser therapy for scars.
It won’t hurt to try also take vitamin e orally as well as apply it to scars.
