  1. 99.2 is a normal body temperature. Why did you include this? As it is irrelevant. (puzzled look on my face)

To simply answer your question, How would ANYONE know?
You cant accurately answer this, without knowing many other key factors such as your daily activities, daily exercise or sports played, and several other factors.

In general, taking a good high quality multi-vit and multi- mineral along with your meal is a good thing, as taking on empty stomach is wasting it. Nutrients work synergistically together to accomplish the missions that they have and task they perform. Also, taking them on empty stomach can cause upset or worse, irritable bowels, most likely due to the iron in them.

Also, do know that it is good "insurance" to include a high quality milti-vitamin and mineral to your fitness program daily, but it is just that, "insurance", backup, extra, supplemental… you MUST also eat a balanced sensible nutrient rich diet preferably consisting of 4-6 meals per day for best health and performance levels combined.

NOTE: As for your "dizziness, faint and anxieuty feelings" this could be caused by several reasons, ranging from not so serious conditions to major medical issues. If this persist, or worsens, call your Dr. and schedule an appoiuntment to be seen, medially checked out to ensure your health and safety.

ALSO, when starting on a NEW vitamin program, start slow! Adding these levels of healthy nutrients your body may have been starving of, going without, can sometimes lead to upset stomachs. Try taking every other day instea of daily the first 2-3 weeks.

  2. I dont think you are taking too many vitamins … you might want to eat and drink alot of water with them though … ive takin vitamins 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach and it has made me sick

  3. that is not too much. maybe you arejust a little sick. i suggest taking a nap of some sort.
