Am I losing weight for real?


Okay so for about a month now I've been taking these hair,nail,and skin vitamins by Nature Bounty and I have seen a good change in my hair skin and nails but I have seen a change in my body and weight.It looks like I have loss a little bit of weight and my body looks a little slim er. And Ilooked up on the internet the key ingredients that mak eyou lose weight and there are about four of them that are in my vitamins.So am I losing weight or has these vitamins mad me crazy lolz :)

Some of them are:
Vitamin B-1,12,6,2

Vitamin C-(Ascorbic acid)

Vitamin D(Cholecalciferol)

Folic Acid

d biotin

bibonucleic acid

citrus bioflavonoids

rutin

horsenail extract(ew)

*AND some other stuff I dont wanna name)

  1. the only way to know for real if you are losing more fat than water and muscle is to monitor your body fat percentage. it typically takes a good month before a person on a balanced diet of sufficient calories before there is measurable fat loss through body fat analysis.
