Am I losing weight for real?
Okay so for about a month now I've been taking these hair,nail,and skin vitamins by Nature Bounty and I have seen a good change in my hair skin and nails but I have seen a change in my body and weight.It looks like I have loss a little bit of weight and my body looks a little slim er. And Ilooked up on the internet the key ingredients that mak eyou lose weight and there are about four of them that are in my vitamins.So am I losing weight or has these vitamins mad me crazy lolz :)
Some of them are:
Vitamin B-1,12,6,2
Vitamin C-(Ascorbic acid)
Vitamin D(Cholecalciferol)
Folic Acid
d biotin
bibonucleic acid
citrus bioflavonoids
rutin
horsenail extract(ew)
*AND some other stuff I dont wanna name)

the only way to know for real if you are losing more fat than water and muscle is to monitor your body fat percentage. it typically takes a good month before a person on a balanced diet of sufficient calories before there is measurable fat loss through body fat analysis.

you really are losing the weight. to be sure, you should get a scale and mark your weight and bodyfat percentage down. good luck!
