am 17 weeks pregnant and i need an answer from pregnant ladies with experience please?
month ago i have tested my blood it was 13, yesterday i have did another blood test it was down to 11. my doctor advice me to eat alot of green vegetables like parsley, beside that he give me Calcium - Sandoz+Vitamin C 1000mg, to have one every day also he give me Slow-Fe folic tablets, each tablet contains 160 mg of dried ferrous sulfate USP, AND 0.4 MG FOLIC ACID PH also to take one every day after dinner. and finally on the top of all these am normally taking my prenatal tablets. so my question is this normal or am i taking medicine over dose. do i really need all those bills ? please advice thanks

It’s normal espically since your young. My first born I was 17 and my blood sugar and hemoglobin were really low and I was on all sorts of pills plus a diet where I could only eat certain foods to keep my Iron up. Do what the doc says he’s the one that’s been to school. Good Luck!!

Go ahead and take them; it’s all but impossible to overdose on most vitamins, and your baby needs those nutrients!
