ahh! help! with my vitamins?

i just bought these Sea Kelp vitamins, good for healthy hair and metabolism. I just took one tablet and was looking over the bottle when i realized near the bottom it says "Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18"
I'm 16....is that bad???? I'm a little afraid, should i stop taking them?

  1. It is NOT recommended for people under 18. Use at your own risk. Although personally it will do the same thing to you as it would to me. We are all humans after all.

  2. They won’t hurt you but, if you eat healthy you don’t really need vitamin supplements.
Eat lots of fruit & veggies, whole grains, lean protein, low fat dairy. Lots of water, small portions & exercise.

  3. NOOOO vita. E will clear whatever skin and hair problem your experiencing but make sure to get the right mgs ask a dermatologist for the right amount for your age. Its important because you are still growing and you can create an imbalance in your body when you take the wrong dosage or too much of one vitamin over the other.

  4. i dont think the pills and can tell u are 2 years under age

but on a brighter side im 16 too!!!!
