Dang Ray I like this one too. What if you did like a mountain climber like motion in that last free range machine you were doing those lying frog jumps. I use a similar ab program from vastmuscle (.com) yesterday and my abs were toast. Can’t wait to see some more vids.

You can do the mountain climbers/knee cross overs in the free motion machine which is another variation. I use all versions. Try foam rolling before your training and make sure to really stretch those hipflexors post workout as these tend to really get worked!

those ab killers are Dragon Flyes made famous by Bruce Lee then again, by Sly in ROcky 4. But great exercises though.

he just throws himself into the move o.O every ab exercise should be performed slowly and controlled…if it is not you are using just your momentum to get up…
the excersices itself are really good…but they are performed a lot too fast…this can also cause back injury by the way.. so slow down a lil bit and control your movements ;)
