obviously, the problem is coming from internally. your not taking care of yourself. your doing everything your not supposed to do. stop w/ the video games, if anything just play them 1-2 hours a day, no more trips to fast food places, start taking vitamins. in terms of stress, make sure you can talk about your feelings with someone, have you ever considered talking to a therapist/psychiatrist/social worker, just once a week? now here’s what to do, go to a health food store, every neighborhood has one. buy vitamins, vitamin e, vitamin a, niacin, and zinc are all proven to fight acne. take a whole grain supplement to ensure your getting all the nutrients your body needs. great brands of vitamins are nature’s plus, solaray, and bluebonnet. in terms of food, you have to start eating fruits (apple, banana, blueberry, strawberry), vegetables (brocooli, spinach, carrots), and chicken, fish, or lean meat, tofu, whole grains/whole wheat food. eat 6 small meals per day, 3 meals, and 3 snacks. go to the gym approx. 5x per week and work out and strength train to build those muscles. i know it’s a lot of work, but these are sort of things you need to do to take care of yourself so you’ll live a long life. try and get on a good skincare regime. visit a sephora (sephora.com) and any type of luxury spa and make an appointment to see an aesthetician (beauty/facial technicians). both men and woman go to spas, it’s not just a girl thing. anything full of processed chemicals or fat, high cholesterol, tons of sugar and sodium, saturated/trans fat is a NO NO!!!!!! Plus, of course your at risk of developing acne, your 18! your still in that age range where hormones are still fluctuating. people in their late 20′s or older still develop acne. its caused by so many problems and their are so many treatments, you just have to find what works for you. as far as the products, like neutrogena, clean & clear, stop using. know what your using before putting it on your skin. also, forgot to mention that at a health food store, they also sell natural/organic beauty products, so they have facial cleansers, toners, and mositurizers made from organic ingredients, no harsh chemicals like the drugstore brands do. unfortunately, in a health food store, things are a bit pricy. so be prepared to spend atleast $200. also, another snack idea would be to get whole grain or multi-grain crackers and spread some natural creamy peanut butter on them (just 1-2 tbsp.). it’s delicious. nuts are another type of health food. even though their high in fat, their still good because its "good" fat. your body needs it. salmon is a great type of fish, it’s got practically everything your body needs in it for you. eat fish about 2-3x per week, meat not so much, cannot be rare, must be lean. try to limit the junk food as best as you can. it’s not easy, i converted to healthy food not even a full 2 years ago, but than i had high cholesterol, you never had energy, you were always tired, etc. also, never touch your face, your hands have been everywhere! carry around with you antibacterial gel (natural kind), and use it sparingly. maybe get some healthy cereals, etc. as far as the junk food, again, you CAN treat yourself 1-2x per week, either it be a slice of pizza, or 1/2 a slice of pizza, 1 brownie, or 1/2 a brownie, a famous healthy brownie with only 100 calories and is made from pure ingredients is something called "glennys brownies". they are so delicious, and are that perfect snack if your craving chocolate. i love them, i have them like once a day. if you put them in the microwave for like 20 seconds, they become nice a warm and than when you eat them, they just melt in your mouth, delicious! good luck with everything and i hope my advice helped you.

Yes definitly! What ever you eat affects the way that you look. Luckily it doesn’t look like you have gained any weight. Not only are you ruining your skin, you are ruining your health. One, your skin is not getting much sunlight so that could be affecting the way it looks. Two, the food that your eating is making your skin oily, and u did not mention about ur hygine, but that has A LOT to do with it. That alone could be causing your acne. I used to have strong acne too, but once i got proactive it changed it and now i look way better and don’t have any. If you have tried it and it didn’t work, you should give it some time to get it started. It isn’t magic and it does take a gradual change. But yes, definitly start to get some excerise because that will help your skin too.
Oh an P.S. ur tired because you are unhealthy from all the food. Start to eat more healthy foods and get off carl’s JR. and Burger King.

Drink more water, it will flush all the junk out, especially if you are getting rid of the crap food, it will wash it all out.
I’ve tried every line of face stuff they sell. Proactiv was alright but it dried me out. The best stuff I have ever used it Principal Secret. I don’t think it’s just for chicks, so you should be ok to use it. Go to the website of the same name, there is a deep cleansing 4-1 treatment if you can, get that! My skin is flawless after having 25 years of bad skin! It’s about time! Remember, you always need to moisturize after washing your face. If not, your skin wants to over produce oil. That squeaky clean feeling is a bad thing for your skin. Make sure it is a face lotion! Even aloe vera is better than nothing!
