Thank you for such an informative video. Borage Oil (rich in Gamma Linoleic Acid) worked wonders to control my hormonal, cystic acne. I also take 10,000-12,000 mg of Vitamin C in divided doses. Plus, I keep processed foods to a minimum.

DAIRY is my trigger for sure! I try to eat Vegan most of the time but I eat cheese sometimes and when I do, I end up with breakouts.

Same here.. A lot of foods have dairy, I miss chocolate, cheese burgers n ice cream :(

Ever since I went vegan my skin has been clear and my hair has been shiny and full. However, stress and sugar cause me to have a few minor break-outs here and there. Thanks for all of your great videos!

I had hypertension high blood pressure and acne on my back i went vegan and now those problems are gone i also did exersice went from 270 july 4 2011 to 211 pounds november 1. Vegan diet definitly cleared up my acne
