  1. No problem at all. You are not even close to the overdose level. One a day is enough and two a day is overdoing it and is not recommended.

  2. Don’t worry about it, just make sure you have food with it and don’t do that too often, especially with the B-vitamins, make sure you have some starchy food like bread or muffins with it otherwise stomach ache could happen. Also drink generous amount of water to rinse out the excess. Many of these are water soluble.

Vitamin requirements may vary depending on several factors, ie- size/weight, level of activity and stress, age, smoking or exposure to air pollution, recent illnesses or injuries, injestion of Rx or other meds, frequency of excess -or deficiencies of vitamins, level of nourishment in diet, personal level of metabolism, etc…Every individual is different in their needs. Generally though, its best to have your vitamin doses spread out instead of all at once. Depending on your individual circumstances, and at different instances such as after drinking alcohol or exposur to smoke, sometimes it might even be beneficial to have a second multi-vitamin but 12 hours apart. 3. You will be just fine. You aren’t talking toxic levels of anything, even when the dosage is doubled. You just got a bit extra today, that’s all. So tomorrow you can skip the tablet if you like, and even things out. The body tends to work more on average intake than on any one dosage anyway. Not a problem at all. Besides, if this was an enteric coated non-chewable tablet, a good bit of it isn’t going to be absorbed anyway. Vitamins depend on you taking them every day, so you do absorb what you need over a period of days, just for that reason.

  4. Because they dissolve in fat, vitamins A, D, E, and K are called fat-soluble vitamins. They are absorbed from the small intestines, along with dietary fat, which is why fat malabsorption resulting from various diseases (e.g., cystic fibrosis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease) is associated with poor absorption of these vitamins. Fat-soluble vitamins are primarily stored in the liver and adipose tissues. With the exception of vitamin K, fat-soluble vitamins are generally excreted more slowly than water-soluble vitamins, and vitamins A and D can accumulate and cause toxic effects in the body. I see you don’t have the vit. K in the vitamin, but the others are in there.

This wouldn’t be a cause of concern of overdose, but
I would skip tomorrow to be sure these ones are out of your system before taking anymore.

  5. You should be fine, however for any incidental problems consult with your doctor

  6. this is a very low potentancy multivit your on your fine… just start up tomorrow again with one
