About how many children’s Gummy Vitamins would it take to get an adult’s requirement?

I have trouble swallowing adult vitamins (as well as other medications that are in pill form). Does anyone think they know the answer?

  1. there are adult gummy vitamins as well. I have the same problem you do so that’s why I get them. they are called vitafusion Multi Vites and you take two.

  2. the nutrients in a vitamin for a child are slightly different than an adult vitamin. i recommend just getting a regular adult vitamin, centrum a-zinc.

  3. Kids vitamins are way different the adult vitamins! So it’s not a matter of how many you swallow, it’s that you need the right type of vitamin!
I have the same problem, I take vitamins and cut them in half to swallow them!

  4. 1-2 gummy vitamins is good

  5. I woudl just double the childrens portion

    makes sense

  6. Hey you should get Centrum Advance Formula pills. They have 22 nutrients adults need and there chewable pills. They come in different players my parents buy the orange flavor.

  7. You need to just take a multivitamin of your own.. Because the children’s vitamins are just not going to do it for you…
