About how many children’s Gummy Vitamins would it take to get an adult’s requirement?
I have trouble swallowing adult vitamins (as well as other medications that are in pill form). Does anyone think they know the answer?

the nutrients in a vitamin for a child are slightly different than an adult vitamin. i recommend just getting a regular adult vitamin, centrum a-zinc.

Kids vitamins are way different the adult vitamins! So it’s not a matter of how many you swallow, it’s that you need the right type of vitamin!
I have the same problem, I take vitamins and cut them in half to swallow them!

You need to just take a multivitamin of your own.. Because the children’s vitamins are just not going to do it for you…
