A bunch of Vitamins & supplements ( as single dose ) need to be taken together or separately ?

For instance vitamins such as C,D,& E and supplements such as calcium, folic acid, fish oil, Omega 3 - can all these be bunched together and taken or there needs to be a certain time interval between all / any of these ? Hope the question is clear ?

  1. Sure, you can take them together and it won’t cause a problem and you will certainly be better off than without them. However, the quality and source of the supplements is very important. Synthetic vitamins are not something that the body is willing to assimilate and use properly. Also, even natural sources such as coral based calcium supplements do not alway assimilate well. Using food based supplements is always the best bet. Best advice, go to a naturopath at least a few times and get yourself on a regimen that is best suited to you as an individual. Activity level, gender, age, personal health concerns and goals are just a few factors that will help determine what, how much and how often supplements should be taken. If you’re going to spend the money, might as well make it worth your while.

  2. Those you listed are all common supplements. You shouldn’t have any serious problems taking them together, but if I were you I would take them in groups at different times with a meal or snack.
