6 Easy Dieting tips to help you get Six Pack Abs and Lean Out Fast


bradscottfitness.myvi.net Here are some dieting tips I came up with to help get you lean and ripped for summer. Let's face it, everyone wants to look great by the pool with their shirt off. Just follow these short simple steps for months and show dedication, and you will get the results you are looking for. A healthy diet with a good workout program can do wonders as long as you do them both on a daily basis. If you have any questions feel free to message me. Step 1 Eat more frequently throughout the day Now a lot of people say to eat 4-6 meals throughout the day but we all know that with work and school it is sometimes hard to find the time to have a full meal so what I do is eat 3 main meals and then have 3 snacks in between those meals. Snacks can include : Vegitables, fruit, yogurt, protein shakes What this does is increases your metablolic rate so you are burning more calories throughout the day Step 2 : Eat some form of protein with every meal Some good sources of protein that I eat are chicken,cottage cheese, turkey, tuna, eggs, salmon, talapia, and protein shakes. Protein helps support muscle growth and the more muscle you build the faster you burn calories and the faster you will lose weight. Step 3 : Drink more water By drinking water you are will not be getting any liquid calories which is good because it cuts down your overall calorie count.   2. @TwishyCareastar Working out is very important with this video I was just focusing on the nutritional part of getting lean and losing weight. Your diet is more than 50% of your success though so it is very important.

  4. This is kinda random but i take a salad to work that contains black beans, onions, tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, and red peppers. The dressing is just apple cider vinegar with different spices. I can’t see how any of those would hurt weight loss, correct?

  8. I do the evolutionary diet, grilled meat (in moderation) and a lot of vegatables, avoid all synthetic and packaged food.

  22. @mentalone1995 well, im not very tall. i am just 1,61 so i think im thick skinned. if i would be something like 1.80 i would be normal i guess

  23. @Brazorrr Trust me YOU WILL grow into it, just do body weight exercises like dips, situps, chinups etc. All these will help you get bigger and you just need to keep at it. Don’t diet, its stupid. Train hard until you can’t move, then train again.

    I’m only just starting to fill out and I’m 188cm/78kg. Don’t lose weight! Convert it to muscle! :D

    I just started working on the abs last week, with dedication I almost have defined 6 pack abs. But there’s only so much you can do as a teenager.
