2 things you need to know about back pain

1. For 80% of the population suffering back pain it doesn't matter who they see, or what type of treatment they receive: cortisone, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, or massage, it all helps. Thus in the back pain treating industry it is said that everything works. And everything does work - sometimes. That is why there are ten thousand guru's out there today claiming to have the answer to back pain. Everyone and their cousin has their guru that fixed them. I'm not here to dispute anyone's experience. For 20% the pain becomes chronic, and it's half of those, 10%, that are on a slippery slope heading toward surgery because nothing is working and life is miserable. Everything I'm telling you comes from fixing 10 percenters. Here's a classic example: A man, 50's, tells me his low back first went out on him 15 years ago. Chiropractic and physical therapy had fixed him up fine. Fifteen years later, while schlepping some luggage, his back goes out again. Only this time, a year of physical therapy and chiropractic wasn't getting the job done. He estimated 35 bad weeks to 15 good ones in the year prior. Life was miserable and he was unable to play golf. Some regular treatments with me and he is pain free, playing golf, and holding stable. Haven't seen him in years. 2. The number one axiom of back pain is that it's self limiting. Back pain, by definition, is what we call self limiting. If you do nothing it will go away on it's own. When young we're used to episodes of ...

  1. that’s classic – a weightlifter has no problems while lifting but pain / stiffness when doing nothing.

when you lie around blood flow thru muscles diminishes nearly ten fold. the hypertonicty that’s already in your muscles slowly crimps on joints and discs.

on your rest days, do some walking / yoga / stretching, should help greatly.

  2. also as a body builder you can really appreciate the declumping action of this work as it allows your fibers to fill out to the max. on the labackandbody website I believe there is a testimonial to this effect.

and sorry, seems I deleted your question by mistake.

  3. Thank you sir very much for the fast response, i will do as you say.
Many thanks once again. Take care.

  4. I have thousands of dollars spent this year on my lower back pain. Leg pain and numbing.
Both legs. 8 months of the worst pain I have ever felt. Now they tell me….”We need to do surgery on you.” Why didn’t they do this 6 months ago and save me the money. They wanted the money thats why. I hope the surgery works.

  5. because sometimes people “recover” w/o surgery. but if it doesn’t? surgery! and I’ll tell you right now, it’s missing the point. please look at my website for medical journal references. what’s being missed is treating your condition correctly. surgery is not the answer.

  6. Have you heard much about Primal Reflex Release Technique for treating back pain?

  7. I don’t feel back pain as much as others but it still is very irritating. I am 26 and I slept on a cheap bed for 10 months. About 8 months into sleeping on it (I was staying with someone for 10 months and it was their bed I borrowed) I realized it was the bed but by that time the damage had been done. I haven’t seen a doctor about it yet. It was 2 years ago. I feel pressure in my spine between my shoulder blades and sometimes pain that I take tylenol to relive. It lasts for about 20 minutes.

  8. God Damn, thats crucial, I feel your pain bro. I am a lower back pain suffer myself, I’m only 30 and have had this since I was like 20 years old. I feel like its only going to get worse, and it does suck. I hope it never sucks so bad I want to do the 9mm treatment, I hope you find a cure man.

  9. Great info and stories. I was looking for somethng totally different and somehow ended up on your vid and somehow was glued to what yo said.

  10. hello very nice video

  11. I know how you feel man trust me, and it does get worse ,I had mine when I was 21 and now 35, And the last year it spread , its now unbearable, Im using the norspan patches which is the best now but Im told my boby will get use to them, When that happens I will be using the 9mm treatmant, If your that bad please do the things you want to in life because there is no happy ending to this and soon we wont have a choice, such is life………

  12. Hey, this may sound totally ridiculous, but have you tried developing your abdominal area? Lower lumbar pain is often caused by overworking your erector spinae(Which happens as a result of underdeveloped abdominal muscles).

  13. strengthening abs is most often a highly over rated issue. what people fall back on when they don’t know how to fix your back.

typically, abs are plenty strong enough, the problem is not reconditioning the spasm pattern in your back!

  14. Thnx for being honest i reamin active anf=d my back pain started right affter getting in a head on collision with a drunk driver and broke all 4 bones in my rht leg including my kneee which shattered and 2 coumpounds including femur.

As soon as I reteurned to normal actividy bad pain persisted so I just take the easy way out and take pecocet 10mg 4x a day it helps some but makes it down to a level 5 pain but I can tolerate that a 10 in sweating like hell and get grumpy

  15. I cant afford a MRi but it feels like I have a vice grip squeezing my spine from the lower middle to upper lumbar but I do limp bad 5 yrs so maybe thats fucked my back up too . i do have titanium rods in my femur ,tibia plus pins and also a pin and wired kneecap. I never understood chronic pain till it happend to me . The back pain NEVER GOES AWAY.

Wouldnt wish it anyone but my mortal enemy.

  16. the “how to” book – ‘advanced muscle reconditioning’ is available on amazon

it’s geared to teach anyone willing to learn / do the work, how to fix the tough cases that confound medical science.

it’s the relief your body been aching for. all you’re gonna do is get hooked on pain pills.

  17. If you dont abuse your pain medicine and take it as needed any pain clinic says thats not a true addiction its pain treatment. You are right though you become physically addicited after a year or so of opoid analgesic treatment but medicine has yet to make some .

  18. if you treat the problem correctly, you DON’T NEED pain meds. I’ve seen it too many times, they get you hooked on them, next thing you’re in rehab to get off the addiction.

pain meds do not treat the problem, only alter your perception and hope it goes away. talk about snake oil.

if you have someone to do the work, the relief your body has been aching for awaits.

  19. that’s what the pain clinic says? I’ve also got a bridge I’d like to sell you.

  20. Do you have a bad disc? LA

  21. @2dazed dude, pain relievers don’t FIX anything. it’s just a drug effect. why don’t you buy “the guide” and get the problem worked on correctly. the relief your body been aching for awaits.

mri is soo over rated. only thing is to rule out cancer, infection etc. if it’s musculoskeletal, advanced muscle reconditioning is THE answer.

  22. @fixmyhvac my back has gone out on me several times in life, i know what the pain is like. but never had an mri to call it a disc. if you read any of my stuff on website, it comes straight from medical literature – there’s no correlation between discs and back pain!!! it’s a worn out model cause they have nothing better to replace it with. the instruction manual is out, just follow the directions. check the reviews 4/5 are complete strangers who have seen the light.

  23. Understand me Bro As a a/c boiler tech ive always had some back pain but when i hurt it last year I new that this was more than a sore back ! Unable to work I had to go to the doctor they told me it must be a sprain cause of major sweeling. I could point out the pain at L5 s1.Next month My mri showed L4L5 bulge and L5 S1 right side herniation. If disc pain wasnt possible how was I able to point out my Pain herniation exactly.

  24. @fixmyhvac i understand the feeling – it’s much more serious than a sore back.

your mri is an exception and not a consistent rule. hence the conlclusions in medical literature that there is NO correlation between discs and back pain. i didn’t make that up. it’s all over medical literature. if you read the info on my website all your questions will be addressed.

  25. @fixmyhvac did you get that bro? educate yourself and get treated in the manner i prescribe, it will tap you into the deeper truth of your pain, which is NOT coming from the disc. the disc is an innocent bystander taking the blame for a crime it did not commit.

i know, it doesn’t feel like a muscle, it feels deadly serious.

    your loss if you don’t.
